ERAD – Elk River After Dark

Low Light & Night Vision Workshop (Members & LE/Mil Only)

ERAD is our low-light and night vision workshop. In this 4 to 6 hour workshop, we cover various aspects of shooting handguns and/or carbines in low light and no light situations. We break this workshop into two phases each session. First, we confirm zero with your firearms and equipment. Once zeroed we will transition to some basic drills focused on fundamentals while we wait for the sun to set. Once the sun sets, we begin with some low light and white light/visible laser drills for the group.
After dark, in the second phase of the workshop, we focus on white light and night vision shooting fundamentals. Suppressors are required if you wish to shoot with us after 6 PM. Rental rifles with white light and suppressors are available. In this phase we focus on active and passive shooting methods as well as night vision to white light transitions. Participants without night vision equipment may participate using white light.
